Product features

■ Welding of aluminum alloy shell or steel plate and plastic spraying on the surface;

■ Built-in domestic best soft starter (or ABB, Schneider soft starter), circuit breaker, AC contactor, thermal relay, transfer switch, indicator light and other components. The smooth start without intermediate jump has various protection functions such as short circuit, overvoltage, undervoltage, overload, underload and disconnection.

■ It mainly adjusts the rotation speed of ordinary three-phase asynchronous motor by changing its output frequency, so as to meet the production process requirements or achieve the purpose of saving electricity, and the electricity saving rate can reach 30%~60%. It can also be used as a motor soft-start controller or a closed-loop speed regulation system composed of control circuits such as sensors and transmitters, with simple installation and operation, constant power factor and various functions such as fault display.

■ It has multiple protections such as overcurrent, short circuit, overvoltage, undervoltage, disconnection, etc., and can digitally display frequency, rotating speed, load rate or current, etc., manually adjust the frequency, set the process curve of rotating speed changing from time to time, and control its frequency by signals given by DCS system;

■ Steel pipes, explosion-proof flexible pipes, explosion-proof cables and wiring can be used.
